Having a professional Doula to help you with your daily personal tasks allows you to maintain your privacy and dignity while receiving the help you need to live at home comfortably and independently. We understand each person’s needs and daily routines are different and we all have our own way of having things done within our home. Therefore we tailor our care and assistance services to meet your wants and needs. Examples of help we can provide Washing or showering, dressing, Grooming, Personal hygiene, Toileting and incontinence care, Meal preparation, Assistance with eating, Home maintenance and cleaning, Staying active, Crafting, playing games, singalongs, Escorting to appointments, shopping or social events.
